Peach Aviation is managing its domestic passenger handling services at Osaka Kansai Airport. Read More » The LCC is now providing check-in, arrival services and controller duties at the airport after it recently took back its airport functions from an outsourced supplier. The change is part of efforts to improve service quality and build a more efficient operational structure, Peach said. Peach’s international passenger handling will continue to be provided by an external contractor until 2026. The All Nippon Airways-owned LCC will then bring this sector of its passenger business in-house. "By having our own employees provide services directly, Peach will deliver our unique style of hospitality to customers more directly and personally," Peach CEO, Kazunari Ohashi, said. "Peach will strengthen the recruitment and development of in-house staff, take full responsibility for service quality and strive to be an airline even more loved by our customers."
