At the close of its second quarter BOC Aviation had signed off deals to purchase 18 aircraft and one engine, had delivered 13 aircraft and one engine, sold 14 owned aircraft and leased 27. It also closed a five-year term loan of US$1.5 billion with 21 banks in the reported months.

GE Aerospace and SkyWest have finalized an agreement for CF34-8E engines plus spares to power the airline’s order of 60 new Embraer 175 jets.

Elfly Group, the developer of a no emissions electric seaplane, has committed to a Memorandum of Understanding, valued at US$50 million, with Cambodia’s VETAirways for five aircraft “to bring clean, go-anywhere air travel to Southeast Asia”.

Stratos has delivered an A330-300, formerly flown by Corsair, to Amazon. The aircraft will undergo passenger-to-freighter (P2F) conversion and then join Amazon’s dedicated air cargo operations.
