Scoot adds Chiang Rai, Okinawa and Tokyo Haneda to network

Scoot, the Singapore Airlines (SIA) Group LCC, announced earlier this week it will inaugurate flights to Chiang Rai, Okinawa and Tokyo Haneda to its network. Read More » Singapore-Chiang Rai will operate five times a week from January 1 flown by Embraer E190-E2s and Singapore-Okinawa will start on December 15 at three times a week with A320 family aircraft. Singapore-Tokyo Haneda will be daily from next March 1and be served with 787s. Aside from the new destinations, Scoot will increase frequencies to support anticipated air travel in the coming peak holiday period. Singapore-Bangkok will increase to 39 times weekly from August, to Ipoh to 21 times a week from November and Chiang Mai will be double daily from December. In North Asia, services to Tokyo Narita via Taipei will progressively increase to 14 times weekly from October and to Sapporo via Taipei to daily on December. 5. Singapore-Taipei will gradually increase from 23 to 25 times a week from October building to 28 times weekly from December. Additionally, Singapore-Jeju will increase upgrade to daily next January 2026. To Europe, frequencies to Vienna will increase from three to four times weekly next March.
