Qantas Airways to increase seasonal Perth-Rome in 2026

Australia’s flag carrier, Qantas Airways, will operate four times a week Perth-Rome from May 3 to October 23 in 2026, eight weeks longer than the carrier’s three times a week seasonal rotation this year. Read More » "Rome is one of Europe’s most iconic destinations and our nonstop flight is incredibly popular with customers. They tell us they love being able to depart Perth in the evening and wake up in Rome," Qantas international CEO, Cam Wallace, said. "As more than half the customers on the Rome flights originate from the east of Australia, our Italian flights are timed to connect in Perth with our domestic east coast passengers." Qantas Airways launched Perth-Rome in 2022. It is the only Australian airline operating the route.
