Read More » Marren, who has been with Air NZ since 2022, had decided to step down, an airline regulatory filing said. Separately, the Star Alliance member has appointed Jeremy O’Brien as chief customer and digital officer. He is acting chief commercial officer at present. The flag carrier also has confirmed Scott Wilkinson will join the company as its chief commercial officer on October 7. He will have responsibility for the airline’s loyalty business. Wilkinson’s appointment was announced in January.
