AirAsia launches new northern Thailand route

Read More » The route, which connects cities in the north and northeastern parts of Thailand, is scheduled to operate four times a week until the end of March next year. "The year-end season is a prime time for travel across Thailand," AirAsia Chiang Mai station manager, Suraphan Homkachon, said. "For those in Chiang Mai, this is a golden opportunity for easier access to Udon Thani or onward to Laos via Vientiane. From Udon Thani, travelers can now reach Chiang Mai directly during peak travel season - it’s a new gateway for exploration." Udon Thani will be the LCC’s ninth domestic destination from its Chiang Mai hub.
