The Singapore Airlines (SIA)-Lufthansa Group joint venture (JV) now includes Brussels Airlines. Read More » The Belgium-based carrier joins Austrian Airlines, Lufthansa, SIA and Swiss in the JV that was established in 2017 and now operates flights across seven countries and to 26 destinations in Europe and the Asia-Pacific. Under the terms of the JV, Brussels Airlines will add its SN airline code on SIA flights between Singapore and Brussels. "The Asia-Pacific is home to more Lufthansa Group joint ventures than anywhere in the world," Lufthansa Group vice president for the Asia-Pacific and joint ventures east, Felipe Bonifatti, said. "The integration of Brussels Airlines into our joint venture with Singapore Airlines underlines our commitment to offering customers in the Asia-Pacific greater choice and seamless connectivity across Europe. This step is a natural progression in our long-standing partnership with Singapore Airlines."
