Air India in negotiations for up to 300 jets

Air India is in discussions with Airbus and Boeing for up to 300 aircraft, Reuters reports. Read More » The negotiations are said to include 80 to 100 wide-body jets on top of previously reported talks for 200 narrow-body and 25-30 wide-body airplanes, sources told Reuters. The extended order will allow the India carrier to expand its international network and replace ageing airliners.
