Capital A logistics business, Teleport, has raised US$50 million in fresh capital through the issuing of Redeemable Convertible Perpetual Securities (RCPS) to HPS Investment Partners ahead of a proposed public float of the company.
Korean Air (KAL) has signed a strategic agreement with Pablo Air to take an equity stake in the South Korea-based aerial drone company. KAL is investing 5 billion won (US$1.3 billion) in Pablo Air.
