Capital A logistics business, Teleport, has completed its US$50 million capital raising through the issuing of redeemable convertible perpetual securities. The capital raising was first announced last month.
Maintenance, repair and overhaul services provider, HAECO, said it had completed a series of Rolls-Royce Trent XWB engine build activities in Beijing for a major Mainland China operator ahead of the busy Lunar New Year travel period. "Our teams are proud to support our airline customers during one of the most demanding times of the year," HAECO global engine support general manager, Corné van Rooij, said. "These engine build projects not only showcase our technical excellence but also our ability to mobilise quickly and operate effectively in challenging environments, ensuring the operational continuity of our customers’ fleets."
Travel technology company, SITA, has launched a new API to more quickly identify potential delays, called the Advance Flight Delay Notification API. "Most disruption isn’t caused by the delay itself, but by how late it becomes visible to the teams expected to manage it," SITA senior vice president for communications and data exchange, Martin Smillie, said.
