Air NZ brings back concert in the sky charter flight

Air New Zealand (Air NZ) has scheduled a new concert in the sky charter flight featuring artists from SYNTHONY and SIX60 on a flight from Auckland to Christchurch on May 15. Read More » This will be the airline’s second concert in the sky flights, following last year’s debut from Auckland to Sydney in November. "Moments like this are what travel is all about," Air NZ chief customer and digital officer, Jeremy O’Brien, said. "It’s about anticipation, excitement and feeling part of something special from the very beginning. The first SYNTHONY in the Sky experience to Sydney in November was so popular, we had to bring it back for a second act." Sales for the NZ1212 on May 15 opened yesterday (February 24). A confirmed booking on the flight includes a ticket to attend the SYNTHONY concert in Christchurch on May 16.
