Read More » The new service has been scheduled as an afternoon departure from Seattle and overnight flight from Narita. It joins Delta’s existing daily service from Seattle to Tokyo Haneda. It also represents a return to Tokyo Narita seven years after shuttering operations at the airport in favour of consolidating its Tokyo services at Haneda. Currently, All Nippon Airways flies to Seattle from Haneda, while Alaska Airlines and Japan Airlines are on the Seattle-Narita route. "Japan continues to be one of the most important and beloved destinations in Delta’s global network and adding Seattle-Narita service gives our customers even more choice when planning their travel," Delta vice president for international network planning, Jeff Arinder, said. Delta flies to Tokyo from six cities in the U.S. - Atlanta, Detroit, Honolulu, Los Angeles, Minneapolis-St Paul and Seattle.
