Airbus reports 57 deliveries for August

Airbus delivered 57 commercial aircraft to 31 customers in August, bringing to 475 the total number of aircraft handed over to customers through the first eight months of this year. Read More » The August output represented a decrease from the 67 deliveries in July. On a more positive note, total commercial aircraft deliveries were up from 434 over the same eight-month period in 2025. The airframer booked gross orders for 67 aircraft last month, underpinned by Air China’s order for 15 A350-900s and Shenzhen Airlines’ order for 40 A321neos. Airbus total gross orders in the year to August 31 stood at 1,157 aircraft. The number of cancellations was unchanged in August 66, leaving net orders at August 31 sitting at 1,091 aircraft.
