ST Engineering appoints new CEO

ST Engineering has named current group deputy CEO (corporate development), Vincent Chong, its new president and CEO from October 1, replacing Tan Pheng Hock, who will retire after 35 years with the company, although he will continue to serve as an adviser to Chong. Read More »

"Over the years, [Tan] Pheng Hock has led ST Engineering to scale great heights - from a Singapore-centric company to become a leading integrated engineering group with global presence. We thank him for his courage, patience and foresight in leading the group," said chairman Kwa Chong Seng.

Chong joined ST Engineering in April 2014 as president of strategic planning and business development within the group's aerospace unit, ST Aerospace.


CALC appoints disassembly executive

Aircraft Recycling International (ARI), a subsidiary of China Aircraft Leasing Group Holding Ltd. (CALC), has appointed Alistair Dibisceglia as senior vice-president of its technical division.

Based out of Dublin, he will spend half of his time in Asia and work with management to ensure development of ARI’s aircraft disassembly business across its facilities and global networks.

Dibisceglia has more than two decades of industry experience, including several technical airline roles. Most recently, he served as a vice-president with International Lease Finance Corporation (ILFC).
