Emirates Airline was voted airline of the year, followed by Qatar Airways (2), Singapore Airlines (3), All Nippon Airways (4), Asiana Airlines (5), Cathay Pacific Airways (6), Etihad Airways (7), Garuda Indonesia (8), Turkish Airlines (9) and Qantas Airways (10).
Emirates won the best inflight entertainment category, Cathay Pacific scored two awards, including best global cabin crew, Dragonair won best regional airline in the world, Garuda was voted best economy class worldwide and AirAsia received the world’s best low-cost carrier award.
