Cambodia Airways is dry-leasing a pair of 2009-vintage A319s from Doric Asset Finance.

This Saturday, Cambodia Airways will launch its second route, from Phnom Penh to Sihanoukville, followed by a Phnom Penh-Macau service from July 21.

The airline says it is “fully-owned by Prince International Airlines Company Limited”, a subsidiary of Prince Real Estate Group, which has specialized in doing deals with Mainland Chinese money. Cambodia Airways has a paid-up capital of US$200 million.
