AAR names new chief financial officer

Global aerospace solutions company, AAR Corp. has appointed Sean Gillen to succeed Michael Milligan as vice president and chief financial officer of the U.S. group. Read More » He will report to AAR president and CEO, John Holmes.
Previously, Gillen was vice president and treasurer of construction group, Chicago-headquartered USG, which reports net annual sales of US$3.2 billion. Before that, he spent seven years as an investment banker in the Global Industrials Group of Goldman Sachs.
