Boosted by international and domestic summer travel, traffic at Asia-Pacific airports increased by +10% in August, with Asia-Pacific passenger feeds from the region boosting airport growth in the Middle East by +18.5%. Read More » Airport Council International’s (ACI) most recent figures revealed double digit growth at several hubs, including Kuala Lumpur (+28%), Dubai (+23%), Mumbai (22.4%), Delhi (+20.1%) and Jakarta (+16%). The top five busiest airports regionally were Beijing (1), Tokyo Haneda (2), Dubai (3), Hong Kong (4) and Jakarta (5). The five busiest cargo airports were Hong Kong (1), Shanghai Pudong (2), Seoul Incheon (3), Dubai (40 and Tokyo Narita (5).
