China Eastern Airlines reveals plan to raise US$1.68 billion

China Eastern Airlines (CEA) said in a regulatory filing yesterday it planned to raise up to 10.828 billion yuan (US$1.68 billion) in fresh capital with the issue of 2,494,930,875 new shares, at 4.34 yuan per share, to CEA Holding.
