Japan Airlines trials cotton cloth as fuel feed stock for Haneda-Fukuoka flight

Japan Airlines (JAL) flew a 787-8 from Tokyo Haneda to Fukuoka on February 4 powered with a blend of jet kerosene and sustainable aviation biofuel produced with 250,000 pieces of domestically supplied cotton clothing.
