GAMECO adds third 737 freighter conversion line

Guangzhou Aircraft Maintenance Engineering Company Limited (GAMECO) said on Tuesday it would introduce a third conversion line for its 737-800 converted freighter (BCF) program at the company's Guangzhou facility. This concept will boost deliveries and improve efficiency,” GAMECO general manager, Norbert Marx, said. The 737-800BCF, capable of carrying up to 23.9 tonnes of cargo and with a range of 2,025nm, had received about 150 orders and commitments, GAMECO said.
