BOC Aviation strikes A320 deal with leading Indian LCC

BOC Aviation said in a regulatory filing to the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong today it had signed an agreement with InterGlobe Aviation Limited, the owner of Indian LCC, IndiGo, covering eight A320neo. Read More » Signed on February 26, BOC Aviation has agreed to purchase the eight Airbus single aisle airplanes from InterGlobe and lease them back to the airline group. "The company will enter into long-term leases with the airline in respect of the aircraft," BOC Aviation said.
