SIA Engineering plans acquisition of SR Technics Malaysia subsidiary

SIAEC said it planned to commence due diligence on SRT Malaysia and to "subsequently enter into negotiations on the terms of the transaction, with the objective of finalising and entering into the definitive agreements". The transaction was not expected to have a material impact on net tangible assets per share or earnings per share for its full fiscal 2021 financial year, SIAEC said.
