Cebu Pacific makes free ticket changes permanent policy

Philippines (LCC), Cebu Pacific Air (CEBU), said yesterday it had permanently removed change fees for all tickets to provide flexibility for passengers and restore confidence in air travel. Read More » “In a recent survey we conducted, flexibility remains one of the considerations of our passengers when deciding to travel again," CEBU vice president for marketing and customer experience, Candice Iyog, said. "We will continue to listen to our passengers to make it even more convenient for everyone to fly again.” Although passengers can rebook their journeys as many times as their personal circumstances dictate, the LCC said it would apply a fare difference for new issue tickets.
