Airbus announces cancellations for 92 aircraft in February

Airbus said late last week it delivered 32 aircraft to 20 customers in February, lifting its year-to-date total to 53 aircraft in 2021. Notable deliveries to Asia-Pacific airlines for the month included one A350-900 to Air China, three A320neos to China Eastern Airlines and three A321neos to India’s IndiGo. Airbus's monthly orders and deliveries report said the manufacturer received gross orders for 11 aircraft and cancellations for 92 in February, leaving its year-to-date net orders at -81, given there were no orders or cancellations in January.
