ATR losses climb as delivered aircraft decline reports partner Leonardo

ATR delivered 10 aircraft in calendar 2020, down from 68 deliveries 12 months earlier, figures from the turboprop maker's 50% shareholder, Leonardo, revealed overnight. Read More » Leonardo expected ATR turboprop deliveries to be "far below" pre-COVID-19 levels in calendar 2021. The company said ATR had an earnings loss before interest, tax and amortisation (EBITA) of 69 million euros (US$82 million) in calendar 2020, down from positive EBITA of 53 million euros in the prior corresponding period. Airbus is the other 50% shareholder in ATR.
