All Nippon Airways reports 65% increase in domestic passenger load factor in February

All Nippon Airways (ANA) monthly traffic report showed the Japanese carrier flew 693,780 passengers on its domestic network in February, down 77.8%, from 3.1 million, in the same month a year earlier. Read More » The February figures were 8.5% below the 758,463 domestic passengers ANA carried in January. The Star Alliance member's domestic capacity was down 68.4% year-on-year for the month and was 43.3% lower than January. Passenger load factor was 42.5% in February, compared with 27.8% in January and 64% a year earlier.
In other ANA news, the airline said today its international network would be at 19% of pre-COVID-19 schedules in April, May and June. This schedule represented little change from the 19% operation rate this month.
