Vietnam’s Bamboo Airways aims for second half domestic IPO

Bamboo Airways chairman, Trinh Van Quyet, said late last week the Vietnamese hybrid carrier planned to list on the country’s stock exchange by the third quarter of calendar 2021, media reports. Read More » The airline, which began flying in early 2019, intends to offer 105 million shares, at 60,000 dong (US$2.58) each, to the market. Quvet said conditions were good for the planned listing. Initially, Bamboo Airways intended to conduct the IPO last year, but the pandemic forced its postponement.
