Airbus has signed a multi-year contract extension to provide maintenance support for the A330s and A350s in the fleet of Malaysia Airlines Berhad (MAB). Read More » The flight hour services components contract provided "component services including spare pool access, on-site-stock at the main base as well as components engineering and repairs", Airbus said. “We are pleased to extend our partnership with Airbus and trust the brand to provide the vital technical support for our wide-body fleet," Malaysia Airlines chief operations officer, Ahmad Luqman Mohd Azmi, said. Airbus president for Asia Pacific, Anand Stanley, added: “Especially in these challenging times, Airbus strives to provide the highest quality, value-adding and tailor-made solutions to our airline partners to support them and enhance the daily operations of their fleet."
