“Second Coming” for Singapore-Hong Kong air travel bubble?

The Singapore-Hong Kong ATB had been due to start in November last year, but a sharp rise in COVID-19 infections in Hong Kong scuttled the launch. Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR) chief executive, Carrie Lam, said this week it would be mandatory for those travelling from Hong Kong to Singapore to be vaccinated, but this would not be a requirement for Singaporeans travelling to Hong Kong. The HKSAR government wanted to provide incentives for Hong Kongers to receive the COVID-19 vaccine, Lam said.
