THAI sells Bangkok training centre site for US$58 million

Thai Airways International (THAI) announced yesterday Energy Complex Company Limited was the successful bidder for the company's Land and Laksi Training Centre property in Bangkok after submitting the highest bid, 1.81 billion baht (US$58 million). Read More » The buyer must complete offer details and pay a deposit of 10% to the seller by May 5, THAI said in a regulatory filing to the Stock Exchange of Thailand. "The remaining amount must be paid before or on the registration of transfer of ownership of Land and Laksi Training Center," THAI said. All bids were submitted by April 1.
