ANA HOLDINGS INC. senior advisor resigns from PAL board

PAL Holdings, the parent company of Philippine Airlines, said in a regulatory filing to the Philippines Stock Exchange late last week Ryuhei Maeda had retired as a director of PAL Holdings and Philippine Airlines. Read More » Maeda, who is Japanese, is a director of All Nippon Airways (ANA) and senior advisor at ANA HOLDINGS. He was elected to the board in 2019 as a representative of the ANA parent, which has 9.5% equity in PAL Holdings.
