Lucio Tan III named PAL Holdings vice president

PAL Holdings, the parent company of Philippine Airlines, said in a regulatory filing to the Philippines Stock Exchange that Lucio Tan III, the grandson of Lucio Tan, has been appointed vice president of the carrier. Read More » Tan has been a PAL Holdings director since December 2019, filling a vacancy that arose after the death of his father, Lucio Tan Jr. The youngest Tan also is a director of Philippine Airlines and Air Philippines Corp, both subsidiaries of PAL Holdings. Lucio Tan is chairman, president and CEO of PAL Holdings.
