Malaysia Airlines has added Kuala Lumpur-Melbourne and Kuala Lumpur-Tokyo Narita to its trial of the International Air Transport Association's (IATA) Travel Pass. Read More » “The extension of the IATA Travel Pass pilot, continuing from our initial flights on the Kuala Lumpur-London route, seeks to further provide us with insights into how we can ensure our passengers will have a smooth travel experience, empowering them to travel with the freedom and knowledge to do so with just a few clicks on their smartphone," Malaysia Airlines group chief marketing and customer experience officer, Lau Yin May, said. The IATA Travel Pass allows passengers to identify COVID-19 tests and/or vaccines required before travel and to safely share their test and/or vaccination results with airlines and border agencies without comprising their privacy.
