Air China reports 8.2 million domestic passengers in May

Air China carried 8.2 million domestic passengers in May, more than double the four million flown in the same month a year ago. Read More » The May figure was 8.2% higher than the 7.6 million domestic passengers the carrier transported in pre-COVID-19 May 2019. Domestic capacity, measured by available seat kilometres (ASK), was up 16.9% for the month compared with May 2019. Domestic load factor in May 2021 was 76.5% against 68.6% a year earlier and 81.5% in May 2019.
