China Aircraft Leasing Group announces sale and purchase deal Taiwan’s China Airlines

Mainland lessor, China Aircraft Leasing Group Holdings Limited (CALC), has informed the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong it has entered into a sale and purchase agreement for three A330-300s with Taiwan’s China Airlines (CAL). Read More » CALC’s wholly-owned special purpose vehicle will purchase the three aircraft from CAL and lease them back to the airline. "It is estimated completion of the aircraft sale and purchase agreements will take place by the end of August 2021," CALC said.
