Japan Airlines domestic passenger numbers fall 19.9% in May

In comparison with pre-COVID-19 traffic levels, the May 2021 figure was lower by 72.3% from three million domestic passengers in May 2019. Domestic passenger load factor in May 2021 was 38.1%, compared with 45.4% in April and 73.8% in May 2019.
