BOC Aviation appoints Wang Xiao as board member; Li Mang resigns

BOC Aviation said in a regulatory filing to the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Li Mang had resigned as a non-executive director after his appointment to a new role at the Bank of China. Wang (50), who took his seat on the board yesterday, currently heads the Bank of China's global transaction banking department. He will be a candidate for re-election at the BOC Aviation annual general meeting in 2022.
