CBD Aviation signs sale and purchase agreement on three aircraft

China Development Bank Financial Leasing Company (CDB) said in a regulatory filing to the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong its aviation leasing arm, CDB Aviation Lease Finance DAC, would sell three used aircraft to Aircastle Limited subsidiary, Klaatu Aircraft Leasing (Ireland) Limited.
