Read More » In October 2019, GECAS and Israel Aerospace Industries (IAI) launched a freighter conversion program for the 777-300ER. At the time, GECAS signed a firm order for 15 777-300ERSF and options for another 15 of the type. This latest announcement lifted the firm order to 18 aircraft, with 12 remaining options. Kalitta Air will lease two 777-300ERSFs in addition to its commitment to three of the type signed in 2020.
