Malaysian regulator extends air traffic rights flexibility for airlines

Saripuddin Hj. Kasim, said. MAVCOM has suspended rules that normally would have meant airlines would lose air traffic rights not used within six months of MAVCOM approval. Applications for air traffic rights in the three months to June 30, 2021 were down 58.3% from the first quarter of 2021 and 11% below the same months in 2020, MAVCOM said.
