Cebu Pacific names Brian Franke as a director of the Philippines LCC

Cebu Pacific has informed the Philippines Stock Exchange that Indigo Partners LLC principal, Brian Franke, has been elected a director of the company, effective immediately. She has stepped down as a director of the LCC to focus on the Gokongwei Group’s digital transformation and innovation efforts as head of the consortium’s digital transformation office," Cebu Pacific said. In May, Indigo Partners was among the parties that participated in Cebu Pacific's US$250 million sale of convertible bonds. Franke has been a director at U.S.LCC, Frontier Airlines, Mexico's Volaris and Chile's Jetsmart. Indigo Partners held equity in all three of the carriers. Franke also has held directorships at Tiger Airways and Tiger Airways Australia.
