Vietnam Airlines announces prospectus for US$348 million capital raising

Vietnam Airlines has submitted its prospectus for the company's upcoming eight trillion dong (US$348 million) capital raising. The flag carrier hopes to sell 800 million new shares for 10,000 dong a share. Read More » The funds raised will pay down debt and boost working capital for ongoing operations. The prospectus said shareholders owning one share would be entitled to one right to buy additional shares. Shareholders approved the capital raising at the company's July annual general meeting.
