PAL Holdings director Gregorio Yu resigns

PAL Holdings, the parent company of Philippine Airlines (PAL), said in a regulatory filing to the country's stock exchange that Gregorio Yu had resigned as a director of both PAL Holdings and PAL. Read More » The board accepted Yu's resignation at a meeting of directors on July 26, PAL Holdings said. The 62-year-old Yu joined the PAL Holdings board as an independent director on October 23, 2014. He was one of two independent directors alongside Johnip Cua.
