Cathay Pacific Group announces senior leadership appointments

Read More » Lau, who joined Cathay Pacific in 1999 and has been director commercial for the past two years, was one of three senior leadership appointments unveiled today by the carrier. The company said Paul Smitton, previously Asia Miles CEO and currently general manager of customer relationship and retail, will be director customer lifestyle. Lawrence Fong was named director digital and IT. Before his promotion, Fong was group general manager for digital and information technology. "As we look forward to the recovery, the new appointments will be instrumental in helping us deliver our vision for the Cathay Pacific Group to become one of the world’s greatest service brands," Cathay Pacific Group CEO, Augustus Tang, said.
