Air China reports 31.2% domestic passenger growth in July

Air China flew 7.6 million passengers on its domestic network in July, up 31.2% from 5.8 million passengers in the same month in 2020. Read More » When compared with pre-COVID-19 activity, the July 2021 figure was down 6% from Air China's 8.1 million domestic passengers flown in July 2019. The domestic passenger load factor in July this year was 74.6% compared with 72.3% in July 2020 and 83.1% in July 2019. Air China accepted two A320neos and one A321neo in the reported month. In July, the Star Alliance member operated 294 self-owned aircraft, 230 aircraft under finance lease and 208 aircraft under operating lease.
