AirAsia Group pushes back release of financial results

AirAsia Group Berhad has postponed the release of its financial results for the three months to June 30, due to the coronavirus pandemic. Read More » The company said it had utilised the automatic one-month extension of time introduced by the Bursa Malaysia in June due to the steep increase of COVID-19 cases and the implementation of a full movement control order (FMCO) by the Malaysian government to contain the spread of the virus. The group said its 2021 second quarter report will be published on or before September 30, 2021. "The various travel restrictions implemented under the FMCO have significantly impacted the preparation of the company's Q2 2021 results," AirAsia Group said.
