Babcock and Rolls-Royce have divested their respective shareholdings in AirTanker Holdings Limited to Equitix Investment Management Limited. Babcock sold its 15.4% equity in the company for £126 million (US$174 million) and Rolls-Royce received cash proceeds of £189 million for offloading its 23.1% holding.
