All Nippon Airways updates international flight schedule

All Nippon Airways (ANA) has added flights on the Tokyo Narita-San Francisco and Tokyo Haneda-New York JFK routes and also has announced resumption of nonstop scheduled flights between Tokyo Haneda and Seattle from October to January 2022. Read More » The Star Alliance member said the additional services were "in order to meet the growing demand for flights between Japan and the U.S. as well as connecting flights between Asia and North America". There also will be more flights on four routes to Europe in the carrier's revised long-haul schedule and a one-off flight from Frankfurt to Osaka Kansai in December. Notwithstanding the flight increases, ANA said the operation rate of its international network was 21% of its normal flying program for October. This would rise to 22% in November and December, before falling back to 21% in January 2022. "ANA will continue to monitor local restrictions, quarantine guidelines, demand trends and travel viability as it decides on the frequency of flights and when to resume certain routes," the airline said.
