Read More » The CECC said there had been a downward trend in COVID-19 cases in the three nations and no variants had been imported from the countries for more than two months. Arrivals who have travelled to Peru, Bangladesh or Brazil in the last 14 days, or who transited through these countries, can choose to quarantine in an approved hotel or a group quarantine facility at their own expense. The CECC emphasised arrivals from all countries must undergo a PCR test on arrival, a rapid test during their quarantine period and another test before quarantine ended. An adjusted list of high-risk countries includes India, the UK, Israel, Indonesia and Myanmar. Passengers with a history of travel to these five countries must stay in group quarantine facilities for 14 days and cooperate with required testing measures during quarantine.
